But it's COLD outside

So cold I could see ice crystals forming on the road ahead. An feel them forming inside my lungs!

So a quick, just under a mile, dash out & back secured my Janathon entry for day 19.

Not the 4.2km I had planned. (odd number I know, it's all to do with keeping my Janathon averages!)
