That was hard work.
I ran further than Sunday, both overall distance and the time between slowing to a walk and returning to a run.
Not much mind, the Nike+ Gizmo had me 4 second quicker per KM than Sunday, but than again that's 13 seconds over the whole run!
Current estimated 10K finish time = 1hr 22 min!
I run again tomorrow, I'm off for a bath.
